Between Our Everyday Lines

we are there, only there
through creaky steps, laughter
resonates the entire room
of red and yellow, the mornings
come alive and well, on deck
of the pirate ship, our
captain leads us, to the abyss
of endless fields and walks, we love
to watch the sky above, birds flying
overhead, variably fixed, the fight
will not last, and as we see
the persian, beside tiles, our
hopes fly away to the wind, awakening
to the poorness of today, meanness
that surround and resonate, absolute
silence, wanting to always understand, one day
everything will be crystal, the gems
the gold, the money, you love
to swim against the current, forgetting
the emotions, the dreams, i love
seeing everything come into play, far
away every week, we try
to come back to our homes, unscathed, untouched
by the hands that bind us, under the tables
we crawl out into the day, looking
always for somewhere new, to eat
is something we have lost, and we'll subsequently lose
our small worlds, families interconnected
and forming binding ties of assurance, the people
mostly don’t know what’s happening, our own ties
break and fall apart, without gaining any attention
from the close ones, to see each first
bright sunlight, the wishes
churn away into the fires, we light
them all on our own, to see them sway
dance, act, your unknowns
swallow us whole and we get lost, trying to fight
the battles of everyday, together
in entering our ship, separately we leave
without weariness, i am always
looking forward to seeing the end, drastically you
always quickly fall to slumber, you’re always
slow to get up and face everything, once again
the blocks that party around us, the loveless modernity
that binds all of us always
that binds us always.
